The Climb Within
women’s retreat
october 30 - 31
Breathe deeply, rise boldly
In collaboration with
reset, recharge, & Rise
There’s just something about the mountains — the stillness, the fresh air, the way nature has a way of grounding and renewing you. Time in the mountains is time to breathe deeply, reset fully, and come back to yourself.
If you’re ready to feel energized, inspired, and fully alive, this is your invitation to hit the reset button. Over the next few months, we’ll train, prepare, and grow together so that by the time the holiday season arrives, you’ll feel strong, grounded, and unstoppable.
Three ways to begin, one way
to feel unstoppable
Why this retreat
One of the most beautiful parts of a retreat is the sisterhood that forms along the
way. You’ll meet like-minded women, share stories, and encourage each other
through every step—building bonds that may grow into cherished, long-lasting
friendships. And when the holidays roll around, when schedules fill up and self-
care slips to the bottom of the list, you’ll already have given yourself the gift of
this time.
If you choose the Silver or Gold journey, you’ll experience the once-in-a-
lifetime adventure of hiking to Mount LeConte together. If Bronze feels like the
right fit for you, you’ll still receive all the benefits of preparing your body, mind,
and spirit with the same proven training, tools, and support—without the hike.
This experience offers:
• Dedicated time to strengthen and restore your body, mind, and spirit.
• A training program designed for real, lasting results by an incredible occupational therapist
• The tools, encouragement, and momentum to keep going long after it’s over
Meet the guides
Two talented individuals brought together for one purpose, to help you reset and recharge.

LMT, Biohacker
Hi, I’m Jill Collins, and I created Wellness Farmhouse as a sanctuary for mind, body, and spirit. For more than 18 years I’ve been a massage therapist, and for over two decades I’ve been walking the path of holistic healing. Long before that, I was leading step, kickboxing, and yoga classes; movement and wellness have always been at the heart of my life. Along the way, I’ve had the honor of guiding thousands of women into deeper physical relief, emotional release, and spiritual renewal.
What I offer is a blend of hands-on bodywork and soul work, from deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and cupping, to sound healing, breath work, and biohacking therapies like infrared sauna and cold plunge. In 2022, I began sharing these gifts inside retreats, co-creating spaces where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, and find true healing.
When I’m not holding retreat space or recording my podcast Soul Stories with Jill, you’ll usually find me out exploring new wellness practices, on a mountain trail, or creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and cared for!
This will be my 14th visit to Mounte LeConte.

OTD, OTR/L
My name is Averie and wellness is at the core of who I am. I’m passionate about helping others build in a natural flow of healthy habits and routines that work for you to support your health.
I began my journey at the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology while working at Tennova Health and Fitness Center alongside Jill. Years of fitness education inspired me to dive deeper into healthcare, and in 2021 I completed my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Since then, I’ve helped over 8,000 people facing a wide range of conditions.
What I’ve learned is this: you are not broken. Your body wants to heal, it just needs the right support. Modern healthcare doesn’t always provide that, so I created a model that does. I treat disease as a signal, not a sentence, and focus on therapy that feels natural, hopeful, and aligned with your life. By exploring routines, habits, environment, and values, I help create meaningful change. Nature, movement, and self-awareness are at the heart of my approach, and my mission is to help people truly Live Revived.
choose your journey
choose your journey
Transformation isn’t one-size-fits-all — and neither is this retreat. That’s why we’ve created three different ways to take the journey, so you can choose the path that feels right for your season of life. Maybe this is your year to go all in and savor every moment of the hike and VIP reset. Maybe it’s your time to take on the mountain and prove to yourself what you’re capable of. Or maybe you simply need the structure, support,
and accountability to rebuild your strength from home. However you choose to join us, the destination is the same: a stronger body, a clearer mind, and a renewed spirit — ready to carry you into the holidays and beyond.
choose your journey, reach your reset
Your experience matters to us, and we want to make sure this retreat feels like the perfect fit for where you are right now.
If you’re joining at the Silver or Gold level, you’ll start by filling out a short, thoughtful questionnaire. It’s simply a way for us to connect, learn more about your background, and ensure the retreat will be safe, supportive, and aligned with your goals.
If you choose the Bronze level, you can jump right in and reserve your spot—no questionnaire needed.
benefits and
connections
No matter which journey you choose — Bronze, Silver, or Gold — you’ll be welcomed into our private Facebook group
for ongoing connection and support. This is where we’ll share training tips, encouragement, check-ins, and celebrations
along the way. It’s a space to ask questions, stay motivated, and be part of a community of women who are walking this
path with you, every step of the way.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
• A stronger, more capable body
• Confidence in your ability to push past limits
• A renewed sense of purpose and direction
• Tools, habits, and motivation to carry you throughout the rest of the year and beyond

The Smoky Mountains are home to incredible wildlife, including the occasional black bear. In our many hikes we’ve rarely seen them, and most wildlife prefers to keep its distance from people. If we do happen to cross paths, we’ll calmly and safely navigate the situation together.
